MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

RACQORA products are made to order. Most orders require approximately 3–5 business days for production before they are shipped.

ESTIMATED U.S. DELIVERY

After production, standard delivery within the United States generally takes approximately 3–7 business days. Most U.S. orders therefore arrive within approximately 6–12 business days after the order is placed.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, severe weather, or carrier delays.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address, the products ordered, and the number of items in the order. The complete shipping charge will be shown before payment.

TRACKING

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipping label is created.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Products in the same order may occasionally be produced or shipped from different facilities. In that case, your order may arrive in more than one package and at different times.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production has started.

DELAYS OR DELIVERY ISSUES

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order appears to be missing, please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number.
